Mark as Useful says there is a lawsuit against me because my husband committed online fraud using my ssn and name... when I returned to the call he refused to give me info because I blocked my number.. hung up on me I called back and he yelled and screamed at me because I refused to give him my information other than my name

Mark as Useful This number continues to harass even after all bills have been paid in full. Claim to be "law office" and then call as a "friend". I have filed a complaint with CIBC Ombudsman and next is legal action.

Mark as Useful These people just called me at work and said they had a summons for me, and I had 2 hours to call back at David Right (sp?) at Kline (sp?) & Associates or I will get a failure to appear. Is this real? Has anyone had any results from calling or not calling in 2 hours?
I don't want to be issued a warrant, but I don't want to be scammed either!
